These terms are effective from 28 September 2026. They apply to everyone who uses odaibaattractions.tokyo (“this site”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
1. Information only
This site publishes general travel information about Odaiba and the surrounding waterfront: attractions, prices, opening hours, transport and the companies that sell tickets. It is an independent guide, not an official source for any venue or authority. Our disclaimer explains this in full.
The information is provided “as is”. We work from official sources and date what we check, but we don’t promise that any page is complete, current or free of errors when you read it. Venues change prices, hours, rules and closure dates, often at short notice. Before you travel or pay, confirm anything important with the venue or the seller.
Nothing on this site is professional, legal, financial, medical or safety advice.
2. No bookings on this site
We don’t sell tickets, take payments, hold reservations or collect booking details. Ticket buttons, ticket cards and some text links take you to a partner platform, mainly Klook or GetYourGuide, or to a venue’s own website.
When you book there:
- your contract is with that partner, or with the operator it names, and not with us;
- that company’s terms, cancellation rules, refund policy and privacy policy apply;
- questions about payment, vouchers, date changes, refunds or entry go to that company.
We are not a party to your booking and can’t change, cancel or refund it.
3. Prices and availability shown on this site
Prices in the text are official gate or online prices in Japanese yen, as published by the venue on the date shown at the top of the page.
Prices on ticket cards and comparison tables are the partner’s prices in US dollars, as last checked. They are for comparison only. They may differ from what you see on the partner’s site because of the date you choose, your currency, taxes, fees, promotions, exchange rates or simple changes since we checked. The price, currency and availability on the partner’s checkout page are the ones that count.
Ratings and review counts are snapshots with the date we read them.
4. Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links. If you book after clicking one, the partner may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links lead directly to the partner and carry our partner code. Using them is optional. You can always go to a seller or venue directly.
5. Links to other websites
We link to official venue sites, transport operators, booking platforms and other sources so you can check facts and book. We don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the linked site.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its information. This includes, for example:
- a venue being closed, full or different from our description on the day you visit;
- a missed time slot, train, boat or tour;
- refusal of entry because of age, height, licence, ID or other rules set by the operator;
- a price or fee that differs from the one shown here;
- anything relating to a booking made with a partner or operator.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
7. Use of our content
The text, tables and layout of this site are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. You may not copy whole pages, republish our content as your own, or scrape the site in bulk without written permission.
Photos are used under the licences shown on our photo credits page. Their reuse is governed by those licences, not by these terms. Trademarks belong to their owners.
8. Acceptable use
Please don’t try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
