Odaiba tickets are sold through three kinds of channels: the venue’s own website or gate, big booking platforms such as Klook and GetYourGuide, and a handful of regional platforms. The same ticket can come with different rules depending on where you buy it. This page shows who sells what, which rules matter at the door, and our short verdict on every company we have reviewed.
The short answer
- Most tickets: Klook. It has the widest Odaiba range (Joypolis, LEGOLAND, Madame Tussauds, Trick Art, Unko Museum, Small Worlds, the Haunted School, bay cruises and go-karts) in one app. Joypolis and the Unko Museum name it as an official seller.
- teamLab Planets: the official store first if your plans might change. Its tickets can be moved to another date; reseller tickets usually cannot.
- LEGOLAND on a weekend: the official website. Reseller tickets are “unreserved” and do not guarantee a time.
- Pay at the door: Trick Art Museum, Small Worlds and Fuji TV’s Hachitama. The saving online is small or zero.
- GetYourGuide: a good second opinion for teamLab Planets, Small Worlds, yakatabune dinners and go-kart tours, especially if you want its familiar cancellation terms.
Who sells what for Odaiba
This is what we found on each seller’s own pages when we checked on 28 September 2026. Catalogues change, so treat an empty cell as “not found”, not “never”.

Ratings at a glance
Snapshot taken on 28 September 2026. App Store figures are for the US store.
| Platform | Trustpilot | Reviews | App Store |
|---|---|---|---|
| Klook | 4.5 | 28,917 | 4.72 |
| GetYourGuide | 3.9 | 56,429 | 4.89 |
| Headout | 4.4 | 63,754 | 4.65 |
| KKday | 1.9 | 243 | 4.81 |
| Viator | 4.5 | 332,268 | 4.92 |
| Rakuten Travel Experiences | no profile | — | — |
Read these with care. App ratings are high across the board, so they tell you little. KKday’s Trustpilot score rests on a small sample from a profile that does not invite reviews, so it skews negative. The complaints are more useful than the stars: for Klook they are about booking glitches and late ticket delivery; for GetYourGuide, vouchers refused at the door and slow support; for Viator, operator cancellations and the strict 24-hour refund cut-off; for Headout, meeting-point confusion and refund requests that need evidence.
How to choose a seller
Instant QR or voucher exchange. At most Odaiba venues you show a QR code on your phone. Some tickets add a step. Klook’s Joypolis QR is scanned and swapped for a paper ticket at the gate. Headout’s Joypolis voucher has to be shown with photo ID at a redemption point, and one GetYourGuide Joypolis listing says “exchange required” in its title. None of this is a problem, but it costs a few minutes at a busy counter.
Date changes and refunds. teamLab Planets’ official store lets you change the date up to 2 hours before entry, up to three times. Resellers usually do not. Joypolis tickets are non-refundable after purchase wherever you buy them. On Klook the refund rule is set per listing, from strictly non-refundable to free cancellation 24 or 48 hours ahead. GetYourGuide offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before on most activities, which is its strongest selling point.
LEGOLAND’s “unreserved” rule. LEGOLAND Discovery Center Tokyo states that third-party tickets are unreserved: you get in when a slot has space. On a weekday afternoon that rarely matters. On a Saturday in the school holidays it can mean a wait, and weekend visits may be capped at 3 hours anyway. Families on a tight schedule should book the official timed ticket. Everyone else can compare the price first.
Currency and fees. Official prices are in yen. Rakuten Travel Experiences charges in yen and lets you use Rakuten Points. Headout shows prices in your own currency. Our ticket cards show US dollars as last checked. Whichever you choose, look at the final price on the payment page, because that is where a booking fee or your card’s foreign-currency charge shows up.

Booking platforms: our verdicts
Klook. Hong Kong-based, founded in 2014. It has the deepest Odaiba catalogue, including teamLab Planets, Joypolis, LEGOLAND, Madame Tussauds and bay cruises, plus Klook Pass Tokyo, whose options include several Odaiba attractions. It is an official seller for Joypolis and the Unko Museum. Weak spot: refund terms differ from one listing to the next. Our first choice for most Odaiba tickets. Full Klook review
GetYourGuide. Founded in Zurich, based in Berlin. It has a separate Odaiba page, and its teamLab Planets and Small Worlds tickets are solid. The Odaiba range is thinner than Klook’s, and its Joypolis tickets come through a reseller. Best for travellers who value 24-hour free cancellation. Full GetYourGuide review
Headout. Useful when Klook is sold out, and for combos such as LEGOLAND plus Madame Tussauds or Joypolis plus teamLab Planets. Its Joypolis voucher is non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled, and needs photo ID at a redemption point. Full Headout review
KKday. Taipei-based and an official Joypolis and Unko Museum seller. It is strongest for travellers from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia who already use its app and local payment methods. For others it works best as a price check. Full KKday review
Rakuten Travel Experiences. The Japanese option, charging in yen, with Rakuten Points. It is an official Joypolis seller. Read the price lines, not the headline: its Trick Art listing said “30% OFF” while the actual price went from ¥1,200 to ¥1,100. Full Rakuten review
Viator. Owned by Tripadvisor. It is fine for tours, but for gate tickets many resellers list the same venue with different prices and terms, and some teamLab listings cannot be refunded. Check who the actual seller is. Full Viator review

Official ticket stores: our verdicts
teamLab Planets official store. Run by DMM.com. Adults from ¥4,200, with prices that change by date and time. No refunds, but date changes are allowed. Book here first. Remember the venue is in Toyosu, not Odaiba. Review
Tokyo Joypolis. Run by CA Sega Joypolis. Admission ¥1,700 and Passport ¥6,000 for adults. There is no English web shop, and the park sends foreign visitors to Klook, Trip.com, KKday and Rakuten TX. Buy the Passport online rather than at the gate. Review
LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Online Saver tickets cost ¥2,350 to ¥3,300 depending on date and time. Adults need a child aged 15 or under, except at Adult Night events. For weekends this is the only way to guarantee your slot. Review
Madame Tussauds Tokyo. The official site gives up to ¥500 off dated tickets bought by the day before. There is no cash at the counter. Buy online by the day before. Review
Tokyo Trick Art Museum. Adults ¥1,200 at the door, with no official online sales. Resellers save you around ¥100 at most, so walking in is fine. Review
Small Worlds. Adults ¥3,200, the same online and at the door. Walk-ups are accepted. Buy through a platform only if you want a bundle. Review
Miraikan. Closed for renovation from 1 October 2026 to 22 April 2027; reopens on 23 April 2027. When it is open, adults pay ¥630 and the official site is the simplest place to book. Review
Buildings, transport and tours
Fuji TV. The Hachitama observation room on the 25th floor costs ¥800 for adults. Tickets are sold at the 7th-floor ticket box (we found no online sales), and it is closed on Mondays. Review
The Gundam Base Tokyo. Free, on DiverCity 7F. On weekends and new-kit days, entry can be by numbered ticket or lottery, so check the notice page first. The Unicorn Gundam statue outside ended its display on 31 August 2026. Review
DECKS Tokyo Beach. The rainy-day building: Joypolis, LEGOLAND, Madame Tussauds, Trick Art and the Haunted School all under one roof. Review
DiverCity Tokyo Plaza. Home to The Gundam Base, the Unko Museum and Round1. Without the statue it is a shopping stop rather than a sight. Review
Yurikamome and Tokyo Cruise. The Yurikamome one-day pass is ¥820 and pays off from about three rides. The Tokyo Subway Ticket does not cover this line. Tokyo Cruise is a separate private company; its Asakusa to Odaiba boat costs ¥2,000. Review
Symphony Cruise. Run by Sealine Tokyo, part of the Hato Bus group, from Hinode Pier. Take the afternoon cruise for a short look at Rainbow Bridge, or a dinner cruise for a proper evening out. Review
Street Kart and other go-karts. Driving on public roads needs a paper 1949 Geneva Convention international driving permit; 1968 Vienna permits are refused, with no refund. Without one, City Circuit Tokyo Bay in Aomi is a closed circuit that needs no licence. Review
Other Odaiba guides
LIVE JAPAN. Run by Gurunavi with a group of railway, airline and airport partners. It has solid basics in eight languages, and its Odaiba activity cards send you to Klook to book. Review
Plan My Japan. A small site run by its two co-founders, with a readable Odaiba list. When we checked, the article still gave Unicorn Gundam show times, which have not run since 31 August 2026. Review
How we review
We earn a commission when you book through our Klook or GetYourGuide links, and we have no deal with any other company on this page. Every fact comes from the company’s own site or a named source, with the date we checked it. When a rule or price changes, we update the page and the date at the top. More on this in our disclaimer.
Questions visitors ask
Is Klook safe for Odaiba tickets?
Yes, for the venues we checked. Tokyo Joypolis and the Unko Museum both list Klook as an official online seller on their own websites. Check the refund line on each listing before you pay, because terms differ between products.
Can I change the date of a teamLab Planets ticket?
On the official store, yes: up to 2 hours before entry, at most three times. Reseller tickets usually cannot be changed, and official tickets cannot be refunded. See our teamLab Planets guide.
What does an unreserved LEGOLAND ticket mean?
LEGOLAND Discovery Center Tokyo says tickets bought from third-party sellers are unreserved. You enter when a time slot has space, so on a busy weekend you may wait. Only the official online ticket guarantees your slot.
Is it cheaper to buy Joypolis tickets online or at the gate?
The gate Passport is ¥6,000 for adults, and the park has no English web shop of its own. Compare the price on the Klook card with that figure on your date; the park's own discounts for Japanese presale channels are only ¥300.
Do I need to print my voucher?
Usually not. Most Odaiba tickets are a QR code on your phone. At Joypolis the QR is scanned and swapped for a paper ticket, and some resellers ask for photo ID at a redemption desk, so allow a few extra minutes.
Which Odaiba attractions are fine to buy at the door?
Tokyo Trick Art Museum, Small Worlds and Fuji TV's Hachitama observation room. Resellers save little or nothing there, and we found no online sales for Hachitama.
