This policy is effective from 28 September 2026. It explains what information odaibaattractions.tokyo (“we”, “us”) handles when you visit, and what happens when you follow a link to one of our partners.
The short version
- This is a static website: plain pages served as files. There are no user accounts, logins, comment boxes, newsletters or contact forms.
- We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. We don’t use browser storage to remember you either.
- Pages and images are served from our own domain. Opening a page does not load content from partner sites or social networks.
- When you click a ticket button and arrive on a partner site such as Klook or GetYourGuide, that site may set cookies. Its own privacy policy then applies.
Hosting logs
Like every website, this one runs on a hosting provider’s servers. When your browser requests a page, the server may record standard technical details: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the referring page, and your browser’s user-agent string.
These logs are kept by the hosting provider for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. We don’t combine them with other data, use them to build profiles, or use them for marketing. We look at them only when needed to keep the site running, for example to find a broken link or deal with an attack.
Affiliate links and partner cookies
Our ticket buttons and ticket cards link to partner platforms, mainly Klook and GetYourGuide. These links lead directly to the partner and carry our partner code, and they are marked as sponsored and nofollow. We set no cookie on our side.
When you arrive on the partner’s website, the partner may set cookies or use similar technology. These record that you came from this site, so that a commission can be credited to us if you book, and they serve the partner’s own purposes. The partner decides what it collects and how long it keeps it. Any booking, payment or account details you enter there are handled by the partner, never by us. We don’t receive your name, email address or payment details from partners. At most, affiliate reports show us that a booking was made and what commission it earned.
Please read the privacy policy of any partner before booking, and use your browser’s settings to manage or block their cookies if you prefer. Declining partner cookies doesn’t stop you from booking. It may only mean that we don’t receive a commission.
The same applies to other external links on this site, such as official venue websites and transport operators. Once you leave this site, the other website’s privacy policy applies.
If you write to info@odaibaattractions.tokyo, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use them only to deal with what you wrote about, for example to check and make a correction or answer a question. We don’t add you to a mailing list and we don’t share your message with partners or venues. We keep correspondence only for as long as it is useful for that purpose, and we delete it on request.
Please don’t send booking references, payment details or passport information. We can’t help with bookings, and we don’t need them.
Your rights and data requests
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. In practice, the only personal data we are likely to hold is our email correspondence with you. For data held in hosting logs, we will pass your request to our hosting provider where we can.
To make a request, email info@odaibaattractions.tokyo from the address concerned and tell us what you would like. For data collected by Klook, GetYourGuide or any other partner, contact that company directly. We can’t access or delete their records.
Children
This site is a general travel guide and doesn’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If the way the site handles data changes, for example if we ever add analytics, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
